Registrations & Certifications

H2O Terra currently maintains the following registrations and certifications.  

Texas Board of Professional Engineers (TBPE) – Firm No. F-2103

In accordance with the Texas Engineering Practice Act, “only duly licensed persons may legally perform or offer to perform engineering services for the public,” H2O Terra currently maintains a

Firm Registration with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers (TBPE).   

In addition to the Firm Registration in the State of Texas, H2O Terra also has individual employees who are licensed Professional Engineers (P.E.) registered within the State of Texas and New Mexico.  

Our Engineers-In-Training (E.I.T.) are University graduates who have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam as mandated by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).  Their contributions are invaluable to the team as they actively pursuing registration as a Professional Engineer.

Texas Board of Professional Land Surveyors (TBPLS) –  Firm No. 10060700

In accordance with Texas Board of Professional Land Surveyors which requires registration by any firm engaging in survey activities, H2O Terra currently maintains a Firm Registration with the Texas Board of Professional Land Surveyors (TBPLS).  

In addition to the Firm Registration in the State of Texas, H2O Terra also has a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (R.P.L.S.) to provide accurate surveys within the guidelines established for the industry.  

Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE)

H2O Terra is a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and a Veteran Business Enterprise. (VBE).

Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) – No. 53351

H2O Terra, LLC is certified as Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) firm (No. 53351) certified as such by the Small Business administration (SBA).
